Depending on the details discussed you will either receive 2 -3 logo options in a draft format. You will then receive 2 free revisions to the chosen logo if need be.
2 free revisions are included in the pricing. Having a solid strategy means that it is rare to require more revisions. However, if you feel we still haven’t 100 % hit the nail on the head, we will continue to work on the project at an additional fee until you love it.
Depending on availability; turnaround time is 10-15 working days. We present the project in stages and depending on revisions and client approval, the turnaround time may vary. If you require faster service, we may be able to accommodate you at an additional fee. Please inquire.

Once you’ve reached out, we will help you gather your thoughts and ideas, fill in the blanks and give you a design that you are sure to love. Usually, over-explaining is a bad thing, but when it comes to abstract concepts like logo’s and brand style guides, every little bit helps! When it comes to approving text, fonts, colors and art work, your co-operation is key in order to meet deadlines.
A completed project is yours upon receipt of the final payment. You will receive your artwork in PNG and PDF files. Your project files will be supplied to you via e-mail. (If you have a special file or format request please don’t hesitate to ask.)
